Nace earned his law degree from Fordham University, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review.  Membership on the Law Review is considered among the highest scholarly achievements at any law school.  Nace earned his undergraduate degreefrom the prestigious School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in diplomacy and international relations.. Nace is currently admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Nace has also handled cases in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
