Saif H. Rahman focuses his law practice on criminal defense which he has been practicing exclusively for over 12 years. Before starting his own office, Saif served as a Deputy Public Defender in the County of Orange for over 7 years. During that time, he zealously litigated and advocated thousands of criminal cases with successful results, becoming a very well known and respected attorney throughout the courtrooms of Southern California. Saif also regularly volunteers his time and does pro bono work for the Public Law Center of Orange County.. Saif’s ability to connect with and passionately represent his clients comes as no surprise to those who know him.  Although he grew up in southern California, Saif was fortunate to travel and live abroad throughout his youth, developing relationships with people of many diverse backgrounds and cultures, molding him into the caring and understanding advocate he is today. With a family legacy rooted deep in medicine and science, including a Nobel Laureate as a grandfather, Saif enrolled at UC Riverside’s Biomedical program with the goal of becoming a doctor.. “I initially wanted to become a doctor to help those in need, but I quickly realized that with my travels, background, and ability to connect with people, I could better serve people in another way. Just as important as ones health, so is their freedom, fairness, and right against injustice.”. After graduating with honors from UC Riverside, Saif earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California School of Law, where he received many awards and distinctions, including serving as the president of the Street Law Foundation, where he provided guidance and advice to inner-city school students.. Away from the courtroom Saif is an avid car enthusiast and amateur race car driver.
