Tracy's bar membership includes the United States District Court, Central District of California.. Tracy served as a legal research extern to Justice William F. Rylaarsdam of the 4th Appellate District Court. Tracy also fine tuned her writing skills on law review and served on the Western State University College of Law School Board as Business Editor and Parliamentarian.. Tracy practices in all areas of children and family law with a major focus on children's issues, dissolutions, and custody matters as well as assisting on minor's counsel cases.. Tracy is a Southern California native. She enjoys outdoor activities such as running and volleyball which she played while at Lockhaven University of Pennsylvania. Her favorite pastime is spending time with friends and family.
