Richard A. Mr. Jorgensen received a Bachelors Degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton in 1995. Mr. Jorgensen received his J.D. from Chapman University, School of Law in 1998.  Mr.Jorgensen taught as a part-time professor at Chapman Law School.  He is admitted to practice in all state courts in California, the United States District Court, Central District of California and the United States Tax Court.. Prior to being admitted to the bar, Mr. Jorgensen was a law clerk forthe Legal Aid Society of Orange County, where he provided pro bono legal services to the poor and elderly.  Mr. Jorgensen was also anassociate at Callahan & Blaine, Lee A. Mr. Jorgensen is conversant in German, holds a black belt in Judo and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and was an owner of the famed Westminster Boxing Gym.
