Debra Sitzberger has been a real estate  and general business attorney for over 25 years and is a member of both the California and Washington Bar Associations. She is a graduate of University of Washington  School of Law where she was privileged to be an editor of the University of Washington Law Review. In Seattle, she worked for a prominent real estate law firm before becoming Vice President and General Counsel of a major development company. She has also been house counsel for an escrow company and the Designated Broker for various corporations.. After moving to California, she became General Counsel and Vice President of Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty. She is a frequent speaker on solutions to real estate mortgage issues including short sale, modification, and deeds in lieu and foreclosure, and represents individuals needing assistance in these areas, she also represents real estate agents throughout Nevada and Placer County.. Debra is the former President of the Nevada County Bar Association, and was voted  Best Attorney in Nevada County each of the last 5 years; 2016,2015,2014,2013,2012..
