I have over 18 years of experience prosecuting and defending employment-related claims.  I have served as a counsel in hundreds of cases on behalf of employees and employers of all sizes.  I have practiced at two renowned global law firms, served as in-house litigation counsel at one of the world’s largest media companies, and been a partner in a successful boutique employment law practice.. My office specializes in two types of employment litigation matters: (1) disability and medical leave litigation; and (2) employee mobility litigation, including claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, non-solicitation, and trade secret misappropriation.  The firm, however, does not necessarily iimit its employment litigation practice to these areas.  We are happy to evaluate potential matters involving allegations of whistleblowing retaliation, unlawful harassment, wage and hour matters, and other employment-related disputes.. I am also well-known for my broad and deep knowledge of employment law, and for my thoughtful, aggressive, and strategic approach to litigation.  I have published numerous articles, served as an Employment Law contributing editor for Attorney-at-Law magazine, participated in high-level conferences (including the Daily Journal’s 2017 Employment Law Roundtable), and been designated a Southern California SuperLawyer.
