Ms. Royzman also has experience in both the federal and state court systems, including foreclosure and breach of guarantee actions, attachments, and receiverships.. Ms. Royzman has represented individual and businesses dealing with debt concerns – whether in liquidation, reorganization and litigation – as well as creditors’ interests in bankruptcy proceedings, including claims analysis and defense, actions involving dischargeability of debt, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, and obtaining relief from the automatic stay. She has also represented Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustees in all aspects of case administration, litigation and collections.
