Bufford, United States Bankruptcy Judge.  She also worked as an intern for the Office of the United States Trustee – the branch of the United States Department of Justice responsible for overseeing and supervising the bankruptcy process.. Ms. Royzman has dedicated much of her practice to litigation, and specializes in the representation of debtors, creditors, trustees and other interested parties in bankruptcy matters.  Ms. Royzman also has experience in both the federal and state court systems, including foreclosure and breach of guarantee actions, attachments, and receiverships.. Ms. Royzman has represented individual and businesses dealing with debt concerns – whether in liquidation, reorganization and litigation – as well as creditors’ interests in bankruptcy proceedings, including claims analysis and defense, actions involving dischargeability of debt, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, and obtaining relief from the automatic stay.  She has also represented Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustees in all aspects of case administration, litigation and collections.
