Edgar Martirosyan is the Principal and Managing Counsel for Martirosyan Professional Corporation ("MPC Legal"), a boutique law firm providing a range of legal consulting and representation services in the areas of commercial disputes, business litigation, personal injury and employment law.. Edgar earned his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law in 2008.  He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations, from the University of California, Los Angeles.. Prior to launching MPC Legal, Edgar represented a multitude of clients in various industries—from individuals to national retail stores, chemical manufacturing companies, the aerospace industry, public entities, textile manufacturer, medical device producers, and pharmaceutical companies—at two highly reputable firms in California.  He has extensive experience in the areas of general liability defense, personal injury, business litigation and employment law.. Prior to entering practice, Edgar clerked for the California Attorney General's office and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He also served as an external auditor, researcher, and instructor at the Law Department of the American University of Armenia, a University of California affiliate, where he developed a successful LSAT seminar and co-taught various legal courses.. Edgar is admitted to practice before all Courts in California, the U.S. District Courts (Central and Southern Districts of California), and the United States Supreme Court.
