She is a member of the California Association of Realtors’ Legal Affairs Forum.  She serves as an Arbitrator at the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.  Ms. Kermani consults on risk management issues and is legal counsel to brokers.  She is a frequent speaker on real estate brokerage law and standard of care issues. She is the author of a Real Estate Blog.
