He is the co-author of the legal Practice guide, Social Media as Evidence: cases, Practice Pointers and Techniques, published by the American Bar Association. Mr. Briones is a member of DLA Piper's Electronic Discovery Readiness and Response group. He is also co-chair of DLA Piper's Social Media practice.
