Paula Pendley is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP, where her practice focuses on Products Liability, Contracts, Premises Liability, and Toxic Tort and Environmental litigation. In addition, Paula has experience representing and advising entertainment companies and producers on a variety of matters, including copyright and breach of contract issues, as well has negotiating clearances, talent agreements, option agreements, shopping agreements, and other production-related matters..
