I have practiced professionally in the field of real estate for over 33 years and hold active BRE Real Estate broker license and NMLS Mortgage loan originator license. In addition, I teach Real Estate Practice at UCLA Extension. It is an honor and privilege to teach at UCLA, since only the best in their field are chosen to teach UCLA Extension classes. My knowledge of real estate law is extensive and comprehensive as a result of having licenses and experience in real estate practice from sales to mortgages, escrow and teaching.. My undergraduate  degree (UCLA Class of 1988) is in Philosophy of Science and Logic. My background in logic makes me an excellent negotiator and litigator.. I believe people ought to be treated as means in themselves and not means to an end. A deep respect for other humans as well as a well developed ethical system informs my business dealings..
