Ms. Johnson is an experienced litigator and has successfully represented private and government clients in state and federal courts. In her family law practice, Ms. Johnson draws upon her extensive experience with complex marital property divisions in both the civil law and common law traditions. She holds two law degrees, a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Civil Law. In addition to receiving excellent results for her clients in federal court, she also boasts recent state trial court and appellate wins in family law, including awards of sole custody.*. Ms. Johnson received her B.A. from Wellesley College and her J.D. and B.C.L. from LSU Law School. She also studied law at the Università di Bologna, Facoltà di Giurisprudenza, receiving high marks in all courses, including International Arbitration and laws of the European Union.. Ms. Johnson and her husband are both third-generation attorneys who live and work in Annapolis with their two sons and a beagle. Ms. Johnson was a proud member of the Wellesley Equestrian team, and placed in every competition in which she showed, while also serving as a representative and senator in college government.
