Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dolinsky was a Principal of a successful litigation practice with locations in Dade and Broward Counties. Her criminal practice included the litigation of serious crimes including first degree murder and second degree assault, to name only a few.. Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Dolinsky was an associate in a civil and criminal boutique litigation firm.. Ms. Dolinsky is also a licensed private investigator in the state of Florida. This scene investigation and surveillance background continues to serve as a compliment to her litigation practice.. Ms. Dolinsky has volunteered countless hours of her time with Broward County Drug Court, which helps first time non-violent offenders successfully navigate the criminal justice system and move on with their lives, ultimately resulting in expungement of their records..
