About Roger Weinberg
Mr. Weinberg is a pioneer in representing Nursing Home, Assisted Living, and Developmental Disability victims and their families. In 2001 he founded and was the first chairperson of the Maryland Trial Lawyer's Association's Nursing Home Litigation Section (now MAJ). And he is also active nationally, having lectured and written numerous articles for the American Association for Justice and the Maryland Association for Justice to educate other attorneys. In 2014 he obtained a $1,000,000 verdict against an assited living facility in Harford County, Maryland. Very few Maryland attorneys have obtained a verdict in long term care cases.
