Since 2007, Ari has represented injured workers throughout Maryland at the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, in the Circuit Courts and at the Court of Special Appeals. Ari joined Berman | Sobin | Gross LLP, in 2011.. Ari focuses his practice on representing union workers and their friends and families. His clients include Fire Fighters, Communication Workers,Police Officers, Teamsters, Municipal Workers, Teachers and Education Support Staff to name a few. He speaks at union events throughout the state educating union members about protecting their rights.. Ari is a member of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Guide Revision Committee. He has participated in presentations on workers’ compensation law with the MSBA Continuing Legal Education Program – Hot Topics in Workers’ Compensation as well as for the Maryland Workers’ Compensation EducationAssociation.. Ari has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers ® for his work representing injured workers and was honored to be selected as 2022 Litigator of The Year by American Institute of Trial Lawyers ™.
