She was named one of two recipients of the University of Baltimore School of Law 2001 Clinical Excellence Award. The Award recognizes the outstanding work she performed in the Family Law Clinic during the 1999-2000 academic year.. Ms. Ades was a founding principal of Neighborcare. She held the position of Chief Financial Officer prior to its sale to Genesis Health Ventures in 1996.
