Mr. Fellner is an associate attorney with Nagle & Zaller, P.C.  He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in History and Spanish in 2002.  After working as an Americorps volunteer teacher in an impoverished area of San Diego, he earned a his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2005.. While he was in law school, Mr. Fellner was a member of the Law Review, and worked as a legal assistant for Professor Shaun P.
