Received a Master of Science degree in Public Management from SUNY at Stony Brook in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The American University in Washington, D.C. in 1985. Interned with Justice Herbert Kramer in the Kings County Supreme Court and the New York State Attorney General's Office. I founded thelaw firm Vladimir & Associates, P.C. in 1998 focusing on all personal injury, criminal defense matters, and residential real estate. I also handle cases in all district, municipal and village courts in Nassau and Suffolk County which includes traffic tickets, building code violations and any other statutory offense in the local courts.
