I also take cases involving paternity, parentage, and other custody-related matters. Cases are not numbers to me; they are people. So, I am constantly looking for ways to serve my individual clients.. My primary goal is to provide my clients with innovative solutions to their legal problems. My secondary goal is to provide legal services in a holistic manner. I do this by helping my clients craft an imagined reality for themselves – to see that they have a purpose that exceeds their current condition. It is important for my clients to look at their impending situation not as the end, but as the beginning of an abundant life. I understand that I am in a unique position to make a difference in your life at possibly your most difficult time.. Helping people navigate a divorce is my core motivation, and it is vital to me that I treat each of my clients with compassion. Because of the situations they are in, clients often come to me in a highly emotional state, and that agitation may last a few weeks or even the entire life of their case. I do not just sympathize with them – I can truly empathize. Years ago, I went through my own high-conflict divorce, and I had to deal with that difficult situation for a long time. I tell clients this, and I show them that I truly do understand – by listening, by being available for them, and by offering compassion.
