Gilbert is a 3rd generation trial lawyer - our firm was started in 1930 and is the oldest personal injury law firm in the State of Texas.  Gilbert practices with his Dad and several other lawers in the firm that specializes in personal injury and wrongful death litigation and all civil litigation.  Gilbert grew up in Beaumont, graduated from West Brook High School in 1988 and then attended Baylor University for both undergraduate studies (political science) and law school.  After graduation, Gilbert immediately began multi-million dollar cases for his clients - victims of wrongful and tortious conduct in a wide variety of areas including 18-wheeler, products liability, and dangerous premises cases, construction acccident cases, victims of burns, brain injuries and sexual assault, victims of professional negligence, including attorney malpractice and other types of fraud or commercial litigation.  When not practicing law, Gilbert enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, ranching, hunting, fishing and spending time promoting conservation and wildlife management.  Gilbert am a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church in Beaumont.
