D. Douglas Grubbs has been involved in mass tort pharmaceutical litigation since early 2004 when he assisted with a national Fen-Phen docket consisting of more than 7,000 injured clients. Since that time, Mr. Grubbs has gained invaluable mass tort experience from multiple perspectives as a litigation support assistant, law clerk and attorney..
