Aggressive and Dedicated Representation, Regardless the Situation.. Since I started my practice, I have assisted clients in a variety of matters. I began by appearing immediately in Court, and first-chaired a three-day jury trial by the end of the first year. I always strive to keep clients informed and create postive outcomes in uncertain situations.. I handle all types of probate/estate matters. I have prepared wills for clients and represented heirs in situations requiring heirship declarations and administrations. I also handle probate litigation and have been involved in multiple will contests.. I also have extensive experience in family law matters. I have assisted clients in custody cases and divorce cases. I also assist in name changes and adoptions.. Using the skills and experience since I started, I am able to assist in all types of matters of litigation.
