When unexpected disputes arise, they must be resolved efficiently and expiditiously to minimize the negative impact on revenue and customers.. I understand the need for efficient and discreet legal representation.. 4. International business law. I can be retained to negotiate multinational business contracts and advise foreign companies on establishing business presence in the United States. I speak fluent Arabic, French, Spanish and English.
