Ms. Laster attended the University of Notre Dame’s London, England Campus and earned her LL.M. Degree in International Law in 1993, graduating Cum Laude. Ms. Laster is a trained mediator, having earned her mediator certification in 2011 from the Texas Woman's University. Ms. Laster also earned her certificate as a Family Law Mediator in 2017 from Dispute Mediation Services of North Texas, and has completed the additional Family Violence Mediator requirements..
