Michael D. His cases have included claims relating to, among others, unsuitable investment recommendations, negligence, fraud, failure to supervise, breach of fiduciary duty, failure to perform adequate due diligence before recommending an investment product to the investing public. While his practice is dedicated primarily to representing investors in securities claims, Mike has experience in commercial litigation, personal injury law, landlord-tenant disputes, and collections cases..
