Derek Newman is an expert at business law, intellectual property and domains. He has won disputes and battled extremely hard. The firm is a huge believer in the first amendment.
Worked with Jake Bernstein at this firm. Delayed responses, not personalized experience, and I never felt like they took me seriously as a client, although they were happy to take my money. They never really had a concept of what I wanted to achieve, but again, were happy to bill for their "help". Would not recommend.
