A proud resident of Guthrie, Oklahoma, he is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and a member and past President of the Logan County Bar Association. Billy's legal practice focuses on municipal law, family law, criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury. With over 22 years of trial experience, four of which were spent in the Logan County District Attorney's office, Billy has the experience and expertise to effectively assist you with all of your legal needs.
