I am a native Oklahoman.  I have practiced law in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma  for over 35 years. My practice areas are: estate planning (trusts and wills), elder law, probate, ancillary probate, estate administration, trust administration, powers of attorney, advance directives, guardianships/conservatorships and special needs trusts.  I provide life and estate planning services for LGBTQ individuals, couples and families.. I also have extensive experience in business/corporate law, including but not limited to business entity selection and formation, contracts and contract negotiations, the purchase and sale of businesses, real estate and commercial litigation.. I am licensed to practice in all state district courts in Oklahoma.. On the federal level, I am licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Court in Nebraska and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Also, I am an accredited attorney before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs where I am authorized to prepare, present and prosecute claims for veterans' benefits.. I am a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, American Bar Association.  I am an active member of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust  section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. I am also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
