I am an experienced and dedicated trial attorney specializing in Criminal & DWI/DUI cases, as well as Employment Discrimination cases.  A St. Louis native, I went to McCluer North High School in Florissant where I played football and wrestled.  After graduating in 2000, I attended Truman State University in Kirksville, MO where I majored in History with a minor in Philosophy & Religion.. After receiving my undergraduate degree, I attended law school at Mizzou in Columbia, MO and graduated in 2008.. After passing the Missouri Bar Exam in 2008, I opened a solo practice where I developed the skills, tenacity and professional relationships necessary to successfully and effectively represent my clients.  In 2010, I joined the Kodner Watkins law firm where I sharpened my litigation skills and ultimately chose to focus my career on helping those who have been arrested and charged with a DWI, DUI or other charges,as well as helping clients who have been treated wrongly at work.  While at Kodner Watkins I have represented criminal clients in federal jury trials, and clients charged with State and Municipal DWI and other criminal charges. I am a dedicated, focused and results-driven attorney who fights for my clients’ rights, representing clients in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County and Franklin County.. Since April 2021, Bretz Legal has been representing clients in Criminal and DWI cases in State and Federal courts in Missouri, as well as representing clients in Employment Discrimination matters.
