Prior to coordinating complex litigation for Cellino & Barnes, Mike Williams served the State of California by litigating a taxpayer action valued at $135 million annually, civilly prosecuting a multinational securities firm to the result of a $32 million settlement and resolving the largest civil rights action in the state’s history.
