Mr. Gallivan also serves as counsel to individuals accused of breaking the law. He represents criminal defendants charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Petit Larceny, Assault, Drug Offenses, and Domestic Violence, as well as all other types of misdemeanors and felonies. While in law school, Mr. Gallivan worked in the United States Attorney’s Office (Criminal Division), as well as the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.. Mr. Gallivan is a member of the Long Term Care Community Coalition (LTCCC). LTCCC is an organization committed to improving care provided to the elderly and disadvantaged. He is also a member of the New York State Trial Academy and the Westchester County Bar Association.
