He represents criminal defendants charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Petit Larceny, Assault, Drug Offenses, and Domestic Violence, as well as all other types of misdemeanors and felonies. While in law school, Mr. Gallivan worked in the United States Attorney’s Office (Criminal Division), as well as the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office..
