I provide solutions to legal problems. My process follows four simple steps: 1. Objective, 2. Circumstances, 3. Strategy, and 4. Execution.. 1. Objective. Every engagement starts by diving deep into determining what the client want to achieve. What is the end result? What would be their ideal outcome?. 2. Circumstances. Next, we need to get all of the facts. Everything. The good, bad, and the ugly. Assessing where the client is, and what they are dealing with right now will lay the ground work for the next step.. 3. Strategy. What is the most efficent path to get to the client's stated objective. Where there is a will, there is way. Devising a plan that will get us there smoothly and quickly is usually the best approach, but every situtation is differnent. For that reason, the strategy is customized, drawing upon years of experience in similar situations and our best judgment as to how this matter is best handled.. 4. Execution. Getting it done, following the path we set together and most importantly achieving the client's objective.. While the process is simple, getting it done takes discipline, hard work and perseverence. If, along the way, it gets messy, that's fine, bring it on. The harder the fight - the sweeter the victory. Brutal honesty - it is not cheap, but the peace of mind, knowing it will get done, is priceless. I relish the opportunity to get it done for my clients, and have been doing it successfully for years.
