Harrison Fulk, Esq., practices family law in various Illinois courts including Dissolutions of Marriage, Paternity/Custody/Support cases, Orders of Protection, Guardianships, Adoptions, Name changes including those connected with gender re-identification and blended families, Juvenile cases, Post-judgment disputes, Child Support, Appeals,  and other family and civil litigation.. “Jake” Fulk was born, raised and now resides permanently in Normal, Illinois with his wife and dogs.  He earned his B.A. in Religious Studies from Indiana University with High Distinction, General Honors and Departmental Honors, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law, cum laude.  He joined the firm in 2009 after practicing for some time locally as a legal aid attorney concentrating in family law matters.. Before becoming a private family and divorce lawyer, Attorney Fulk received the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. ”I Have a Dream” Award for Outstanding Contributions to Human Relations from the Town of Normal in 2001.  He was Associate Editor of the Elder Law Journal at the University of Illinois College of Law and was President of the Undergraduate Religious Studies Association throughout college, where he completed his honors thesis based on thematic patterns in the temples of Varanasi, India and was a member of the National Championship Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl team in 2004.
