Ms. Moreno graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in English/Creative Writing and Political Science from Miami University in Ohio and earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, also earning her family law certificate. While a student at DePaul University College of Law, Ms. Moreno served on the Student Advisory Board of the Schiller, DuCanto, & Fleck Child and Family Law Center, interned at the Center for Disability and Elder Law and externed for the Honorable Judge Kathleen Kennedy of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Mallory A. Moreno joined Delaney Delaney & Voorn, Ltd. as an associate attorney in 2013. Prior to that time, Mallory worked as a law clerk at Delaney Delaney & Voorn, Ltd.. Ms. Moreno devotes her career to advocating for those individuals who cannot speak for themselves, and feels strongly about protections for the most vulnerable members of our population. Ms. Moreno focuses her practice in long-term care planning, public benefits, adult guardianship, probate, and the prevention and civil prosecution of financial exploitation of elders and people with disabilities. Ms. Moreno is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Illinois Chapter. Ms. Moreno also is a board member and co-founder of W.A.L.L.S., Inc., a non-profit sheltered workshop for adults with disabilities.
