Thomas W. Toolis was born and raised in Chicago and is a graduate of Brother Rice High School and the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he majored in accounting. After passing the C.P.A. exam, Thomas worked as an accountant at Rush University prior to earning a Juris Doctor from Kent College of Law in Chicago. Since starting his legal career, Thomas has focused his practice on bankruptcy, corporate law, and real estate law..
