Alisha Maestas has been practicing law for over 15 years and has exclusive experience as a former top prosecutor. Before becoming a criminal defense lawyer, Alisha Maestas was a Bernalillo County Deputy District Attorney and was responsible for all types of criminal offenses. Much of her time was spent prosecuting major crimes where she handled murder cases and violent crimes and domestic violence cases as well as complex drug trafficking cases. She was also a supervising attorney at the District Attorney's Office. Ms. Maestas has argued dozens of motions to dismiss and has extensive trial experience.
