Mr. Kutteh has been engaged in the general practice of law in Statesville, North Carolina since 1976. He has always had an interest in the business aspects of law practice, choosing to focus his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, business and corporate planning, tax planning and real estate. He also represents many clients in the areas of collections, personal injury, and workers’ compensation.Mr. Kutteh has provided consistent, competent and comprehensive services in these areas for clients for his entire legal career, going so far as to further his education by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Emory University while remaining a full-time attorney at the firm.. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Kutteh has been a member of the Statesville City Council since 1989 and was elected mayor of Statesville in 2005, a position he still currently holds. He has found that his government experience informs and improves his law practice and is thankful to have been able to use that experience to serve the community in his civic capacities..
