Hello, my name is Josh Hillin and I am a consumer bankruptcy attorney. I help good people get out of bad financial times. As a bankruptcy attorney, people often think bankruptcy a bad thing. It couldn't be further from the truth. Some times bad things happen to good people and we have to have a way to get them back on the right track. In the case of bankruptcy, it takes away unsecured debt and gets rid of it so you can start over.
