Patrick is dedicated to zealously advocating for his clients through diligent and meticulous legal representation.  Admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2016, he has been part of the White & Allen, P.A. legal team since 2021.  His practice areas focus on Domestic Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Alimony, Post Separation Support, Equitable Distribution, DUI/DWI and Firearms Law.  As a law student Mr. Holmes clerked for the Honorable Walter Mills in 2014 and was employed as a Summer Associate with Stubbs & Perdue, P.A. in 2015. Mr. Holmes serves as a volunteer Attorney and Judge for the North Carolina Teen Court Association.. Patrick is a cum laude graduate from North Carolina Central University School of Law where he served on the Executive Board of the North Carolina Central University Law Review. Prior to entering practice, Mr. Holmes earned his B.A. in Psychology from University of North Carolina at Wilmington..
