Born and raised in El Paso, TX, Jeffrey Gronich studied at the University of Texas at Austin where he received his Bachelor's Degree. Upon his graduation, Jeff was drawn to the bright lights of Las Vegas, NV, and pursued a career as a table games dealer. Jeff worked as a dealer and floor supervisor in various hotels both on and off the Strip where he learned about life as a front line employee.
