Krisanne draws on her broad-based transactional experience and business background to provide practical legal advice at every stage of the business life cycle, from formation to eventual exit.  Krisanne’s career spans 16 years with a practice that includes business, tax and securities law, corporate governance, estate planning and non-profit organizations. Krisanne regularly negotiates and manages sophisticated M&A transactions, including deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and advises on structuring those transactions in a tax efficient manner. Krisanne has extensive experience drafting contracts and other documents, regularly advises boards on corporate governance issues and is especially versed in Nevada and Delaware LLCs and joint ventures. She also works with entrepreneurs and start-up companies as they raise capital.  Krisanne is currently the Chair of the Tax Section of the Nevada Bar.. Krisanne spent her first years out of law school at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering (now, WilmerHale) at their Washington, DC headquarters. While there, Krisanne worked with Fortune 500 companies and some of the largest non-profit organizations in the Country.. Krisanne graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she received the Madeleine and Roger Traynor Award and was Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Tax Review. She also received an L.L.M. (masters of law) degree in Taxation from the Georgetown Law Center, where she was a Graduate Tax Scholar and graduated With Distinction..
