Her impressive resume includes work as a contributing author for the 2008 edition of the Nevada Family Law Practice Manual, the foremost compilation of Nevada Statutes, case law, and local and state rules on Family Law. She also teaches other attorneys how to practice family law in CLE (Continuing Legal Education) courses and prepared the Amicus Curiae Brief on behalf of the Family Law Section in the case of Druckman v. Ruscitti in Nevada’s Supreme Court.. Michelle is secretary of the Family Law Bench Bar Committee for the Eighth Judicial District Court and sits on The Nevada State Bar Family Law Section Executive Council. She is also a graduate of the American Bar Association’s intensive trial advocacy program. In 2008, she worked as a Truancy Diversion Judge. She was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2001, and to the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, in 2005.
