Craig was one of the architects of Assembly Bill (AB) 125 (also known as the Homeowners Protection Act of 2015), and is actively involved with identifying additional constructional defect reforms to further improve the Chapter 40 process, enhance insurance coverages and reduce/ eliminate insurance coverage disputes.
