I am a partner in the litigation department of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am an AV rated attorney, and a member of the State Bar of Nevada and State Bar of California. My practice is focused on litigation with an emphasis on civil, commercial and class action litigation, real estate matters, wage & hour disputes, construction defect matters, and representation of creditors. I have also been fortunate to represent numerous small and medium sized businesses in contractual and administrative matters..
