Michael Graves is the Managing Member of Sales Leads LLC.. Michael is an experienced litigator in both federal and state court, with specific emphasis on complex commercial litigation.  A former Captain in the United States Marine Corps, Michael took a disciplined and detailed approach to cases.  He worked for Rainey Legal Group as a litigator.  Before that, he worked for the law firm of Howard Kim and Associates, where he provided key litigation strategy on several bankruptcy adversary actions, including large-scale actions involving multiple defendants and millions of dollars in controversy. Mr. Graves previously worked for McCormick Barstow - a large regional insurance defense firm - where he managed hundreds of insurance defense actions, including cases involving racketeering, large-scale property loss, wrongful death and catastrophic injury.. A resident of the Las Vegas area since 1998, Michael grew up in Virginia and attended the College of William & Mary, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics in 1991.  After college, Mr. Graves served his country as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. In that capacity, he co-piloted several missions in the KC-130 Hercules, and was stationed in Okinawa, Japan for four years. After the Marine Corps, Mr. Graves worked as a financial planner and ran his own business, which evaluated the risks and merits of plaintiffs' lawsuits, evaluating over 2,000 different personal injury cases and over 300 commercial cases.  In evaluating plaintiffs' cases, Mr. Graves has provided expert testimony to the  IRS arbitration pilot program..
