With over 16 years of experience in all areas of law, Gregg Hubley has tried hundreds of cases in a variety of civil litigation matters.  He recently secured a multi-million dollar judgment after a trial in a class action lawsuit, and obtained millions of dollars in compensation for clients during the last 2 years.  Mr. Hubley has also represented large financial institutions and other clients in business litigation involving hundreds of millions of dollars in assets.  Among other areas of practice, Mr. Hubley currently represents and counsels clients in medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial ligitation, family law, and elder abuse/exploitation.. Mr. Hubley has obtained numerous published opinions from the Nevada Supreme Court base on his extensive experience in appellate practice and has argued appeals involving seminal issues of state-wide importance concerning secured transactions and foreclosure.  The decisions in these appeals helped to shape the law in Nevada relative to the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program and, more generally foreclosures.. Mr. Hubley has authored numerous published articles and regularly lectures at Continuing Legal Education Seminars.  The topics on which Mr. Hubley has written and taught include medical malpractice damages caps, federal practice and procedure, and Nevada law governing secured transactions.  Mr. Hubley has been hired by Fortune 500 companies to provide legal training and consultation which was used to revise corporate policies and procedures.
