Shannon L. Evans provides transaction legal services and consultation regarding areas of specialty in both Nevada and California and possesses a LL.M. in Taxation. Shannon graduated from the University of Santa Barbara with a BA in Business and Economics in 1983 and the University of San Diego Law School in 1986. She obtained her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego in 1996. Shannon was appointed by Congress to attend the Retirement Savers Summit in Washington, D.C., in 1998.
