David’s interest in helping those who have lost a loved one or have been injured began when he was 16 years old. His sister, who was 19 at the time, was killed in a motor vehicle accident at the hands of a negligent driver. During the grieving process, David watched as a large insurance company tried to persuade his parents to sign away their rights to pursue a claim, in exchange for a nominal settlement amount. This experience stayed with David throughout his education and motivates him today to take on large companies in representing those who have lost a loved one or have been injured..
