He continued his education at Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2007. Following his education, he relocated to Las Vegas to embark on his legal career. Porter is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and holds licenses to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada, as well as in Utah and Oregon.
